Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 has been shown in recent tests to be of major value for the human body. It has shown to reduce the symtoms of MS, reduce the occurance of cancer and other diseases. The best source of vitamin D3 is sunlight. If you cannot get enough sun exposure, then the next best thing is to take vitamin D3 supplements.
